How To Get There?

Visits take place between April and October, timings being dependant on the tides.

Access by car :
From Bordeaux, by the A10 autoroute, take exit number 8 on the ring road, in the direction of Le Verdon, then follow the signs to the car ferry, Bac Point de Grave (about 1½ hours).
On the Charente-Maritime side, from Paris by the A10 autoroute, take the Saintes exit, then follow the signs to Royan.
